Zhonglu Fruit Juice Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter called SDIC
Zhonglu)is a holding company with SDIC (State Development & Investment
Crop.) as its main shareholder, The company was incorporated by integral
transformation from former Shandong Zhonglu Fruit Juice Co.,Ltd on
March,2001. At June,2004 the company issued its first 65million RMB
ordinary share, being the first listed enterprise of concentrated
juice processing on domestic mainboard. The
code of the stock is 600962 and the abbreviation is Guotou
Zhonglu.
With the registered capital of 165 million Yuan., SDIC Zhonglu is
mainly engaged in producing and selling concentrated fruit and vegetable
juice, and the concentrated apple juice is the leading product. SDIC
Zhonglu, a technology-guided enterprise in domestic concentrated fruit
juice industry, is also the first enterprise to produce concentrated
juice and owns advanced production equipment and strong ability to
improve equipment and digest technology.
The company owns a number of core technology developed by itself,
until now we have developed more than 20 kinds of products including
apple juice concentrate(cloudy type),de-colored fruit juice concentrate,
pear juice, date juice, hawthorn juice, carrot juice and resolved
the TAB and patulin problems which were considered as the two world-wide
obstacles for apple juice processing. SDIC Zhonglu has been holding
the top position in output, export volume, financial yield for many
consecutive years in China. We took the lead in achieving KOSHER Certificate,
HACCP Certificate and ISO Quality Certificate. Our company is the
assistant board chairman of Chinese beverage association, meanwhile
the presiding company of Food Commmerce, Beijing High-tech enterprise
and one of the first major enterprises through agriculture industrialization
in China.
As one of the largest enterprises producing juice concentrate in Asia,
SDIC Zhonglu accounts 20% of Chinese total juice export volume and
has taken over 10% share of the world market. Our products have been
exported globally to more than 20 countries and regions including
America, Japan, Australia and Germany. There are many branch factories
nationally, such as Shandong, Shanxi, Shannxi and branch sales companies
are both established in America and Europe.
Fruit and vegetable juice is the key industries in the Tenth Five
Plan of China, so the company gets the strong support from the
state industrial policy and has good development opportunity in this
field. In our future development the company will further consolidate
the dominant position in the industry, lead healthy development, actively
promote industry reconstruction and integration. By the advantages
of raw materials and cost in Chinese domestic market, we will become
